Colorado Springs, Colo. – Focus on the Family’s "Irreplaceable" documentary received such anoverwhelming response to its Fathom Event premiere that a nationwide encore showing has been scheduled for Thursday, May 15.

"The faith audience has spoken, and their voice for the family could not be louder," said Focus President Jim Daly. "We are humbled by the positive response to our film and encourage families to share how the film impacted them. We hope those who enjoyed the movie the first time around will bring their friends and loved ones to our May 15 encore."

Nearly 100,000 tickets were sold for showings in more than 700 theaters across the country for the "Irreplaceable" debut. Many moviegoers were turned away at the box office in sold-out locations nationwide.

"Irreplaceable" is presented by Focus on the Family and Pine Creek Entertainment and is distributed by Fathom Events.
